We make every effort to ensure that from your first year as a client and beyond, we deliver a truly superior client experience.

 

We will stay in close contact with you, so you’ll never have to wonder if you are on track to meet your planning goals, or how your investment portfolio is performing.

We have a series of steps as we begin our relationship.  Then we will meet with you on a regular basis to review your plan and investments, and answer any questions that arise.

 

In addition, we will have as many calls, emails, or web conferences as you like. We want the level of communication tailored to you.

or on the phone.

What we present will be explained in plain-English.

 

If you are happy with the information we present, you can  start working with us. 

 

If you still need some time to think things over –

we won't give you

the hard sell.

The 45-Day
Check-in

If you decide we are a fit, we do a check-in 45 days after your accounts

are open.

 

Ahead of this discussion, you will have received a detailed explanation of our process and answers to all of the questions

you may have.
